There are 3 main reasons that teams are underperforming:
- LEADERSHIP - The direct leader may not be leading as well as needed or the Senior Leaders may not be providing clarity, positive communication and creating competing priorities
- INDIVIDUALS - All it takes is one person to have unhelpful attitudes or behaviours and the team suffers. There are three main interventions; the first is around learning to give and receive feedback, the second is how to have productive conflict and the third is about increasing people's understanding and self-awareness.
- TEAM DYNAMICS - there are particular skills and competentcies that great teams have. These skills need to be taught and developed in individuals and the team as a whole. Through our programs we help teams increase their skill levels so that the interactions, performance and thinking improves.

WHEN TEAMS WORK EVERYTHING GETS EASIER
