The Accelerator Lab is a unique, group-mentoring program developed for business, government and not-for-profit executive leaders with a Christian faith.
The group works closely together in intimate and confidential boardroom meetings to develop leadership capacity, solve business challenges, accelerate bottom line results and make strategic decisions that take their organisations to the next level.
Every group member is committed to champion your success.
It is powerful to be in a group of people with similar values, who also experience the pressures and problems of senior leadership. Having a group of like-minded and hearted people in the group ensures the advice and feedback is in line with your own worldview.
​Senior leaders who have a Christian faith don't have many places to openly grapple with the dilemmas and application of faith in action.

THE FORMAT
The Accelerator Lab meetings are held monthly at a luxury meeting room and involve 4 hours of collaborative discussion between like-minded CEOs, Senior Executives and Entrepreneurs.
There are 5 components to the Accelerator Lab experience:
Content
Delivered through multiple sources:
- The Group coach
- Participants
- Guest speakers
Action Reflection
The coach will help participants to reflect and apply the learning and discussion to their situations.
Hot Seat
Each participant gets to outline an area of opportunity or challenge they are facing in their work (or beyond if desired) and allow the group to coach them through the issue
Informal Support
Over a meal and through other interactions you will build up your support network.
Accountability
The leaders will be provided the opportunity, if they choose, to be held accountable in high leverage areas on a monthly basis.
Membership is by invitation only and is screened before they join the Accelerator Lab. We carefully match the groups so there is a blend of commonality, diverse industries and complementary skill sets. This provides diverse points of view, ensures that you are always working with people who are experiencing similar issues, however that you not in a group with competitors'.
Groups are expertly and professionally guided. Bringing input, facilitation and group coaching throughout the process.
The Accelerator Lab is your own personal, private, specially selected board of advisors, who will help you grow your effectiveness as a leader, expose you to new ideas, unpack the faith issues that present themselves in the workplace, create a network to call upon, and know that you are never again making critical decisions alone.

THE PEOPLE
The group connects up to 12 non-competing leaders to share challenges and opportunities.
They are pre-qualified and screened before joining. Places are limited. Application does not guarantee acceptance into the Accelerator Lab.
Each participant is a high performing, executive leader in their field. They normally have at least 10 years experience.
EXCEPTIONAL FACILITATORS/COACHES
The potential is enormous when you bring twelve high performing leaders into a room. The facilitator is crucial to ensure that the wealth of knowledge, experience and wisdom is extracted and shared in the meeting. The facilitators are exceptional leaders in their own right and will be bringing content to sharpen and strengthen your leadership skills.
The facilitators are part mentor, facilitator, and part coach. Their role is all about helping you build your organisation. They help stimulate thinking, guide discussions and ensure accountability in the group.
THE CONTENT
The agenda is set from the topics submitted by the group members and varies from meeting to meeting.
To maximise the time invested, a structured process is used to table various issues, with all participants and coach asking clarifying questions before offering feedback, opinion and advise.
Additionally, an accountability' conference call is offered in-between meetings to give additional support and guidance.

The Accelerator Lab meetings provide members the perfect platform to better analyse and assess opportunities or threats. The group will help you push beyond your current thinking and assist in getting to the bottom of what the real issues may be and deal with them skilfully.
THE HOT SEAT - THE AGENDA IS UP TO YOU
In The Accelerator Lab, no topic is off limits as long as you are willing to talk openly about the tough issues you are facing.
Everyone will get an opportunity to sit in the Hot Seat.
Members will rally around you, listen, ask questions and are happy to share every resource they have to help you find solutions and seize opportunities.
Whether the issues are operational, financial, legal, structural or leadership skill issues. The Accelerator Lab is a confidential forum for experienced executives who rely on each other for wisdom, support and advice.

THE LOGISTICS
- A minimum 12-month commitment period (except for exceptional circumstances).
- Each Accelerator Lab runs for a 2-year period. At the end of that period the group invites new members and multiplies.
- Up to 12 people in each group.
- The dates are set in your diary at least 6 months in advance.
- The group will decide when they will meet – which day, which time (whether they want to meet over breakfast, lunch or dinner).
- The group meets monthly, 11 times per year.
- The Accelerator Lab will begin in the second-half of the year.
